Who can I speak with for billing questions?

Our collectors are the most qualified personnel to discuss patient Accounts. Commercial payer, Medicare, and W/C accounts are handled by specialists in each area. Any billing and collection questions can also be directed to the office Manager if they are not answered by the specialist.

How many payment options do you have?

Payment Options: Cash, Credit Card ( Visa/Master Card), Check, or Money Order.

Only one payment plan: Care Credit.

Letter of Protection: accepted thru MedFin and Medstar, for attorney’s office only.

Insurance regulations require payment at the time of service. All co-payments will be collected prior to seeing the doctor.

Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. We accept Visa, Master, and Amex. We also accept Medfin and Medstar, attorney payment plans.

For your convenience, we offer financing through several providers. Many of our providers offer no interest financing for certain types of loans. We can assist you in the application process during your office visit. Applications can also be filed at home by clicking on the links below. The application process only takes a few minutes.

For Cash payments, we offer a significant discount that will be discussed with you during your office visit. This is especially helpful if surgery is required because we try to minimize our patient’s hardships and also offer payment plan options.

Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your existing appointment, please give the clinic 48 hrs notice to assign a new appointment accordingly.

Telephone Calls

If you have a medical question during regular office hours, please call our office at 713-520-1210. The appropriate medical professional will answer your questions. After hours calls are referred to our answering service and the physician on call will return your call.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are given to our patients prior to their operation and they should be filled 24-hours before the surgery. This way the medications will be waiting for you when you get home from the hospital.

Prescription refills must be requested during regular office hours (8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays). Refill requests cannot be accommodated after regular office hours or on weekends.

Medical Records

We are happy to forward medical records directly to you, another physician, hospitals, and facilities free of charge on the initial request. Repeat requests have a charge. Please complete a Medical Record Release Consent Form for each recipient. Be sure to include complete information for prompt and accurate processing.
